Job Description:
The Zippy Guide Assistant (ZG I) is an entry-level role ideal for individuals with 1-2 years of sales experience in a high-volume outbound and inbound call center environment. This position focuses on delivering exceptional customer service through proactive communication, supporting licensed Zippy Guides, and ensuring smooth loan processing. As a ZG I, you’ll receive comprehensive training, including eventual preparation for licensing exams, enabling you to advance your career while contributing to Zippy's mission of expanding affordable homeownership.
Support MLOs: Assist licensed MLOs in all functions as business demand rises. This includes handling inbound calls, reviewing documents for processor submission, calling through leads (especially suspended leads), entering portal comments, and managing ZG pipelines.
Handle Calls: Manage all outbound and inbound calls through the Zippy Origination line with excellent customer service.
Lead Management: Focus on calling through leads daily, reviewing applications, and passing files to licensed ZGs.
Documentation: Review and prepare documents for processor submission.
Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring efficient and effective communication with applicants.
Task Management: Complete daily, weekly, and monthly tasks as assigned by the team manager.
SAFE Exam Preparation: Participate in training to prepare for the SAFE exam if not already licensed if needed.

Qualifications:
Experience: 1-2 years of sales experience in a high outbound/inbound call center environment.
Detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and educated to ensure success in passing the SAFE exam if needed
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software tools.
Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal skills
Proactive and autonomous worker.
Undergraduate degree or extended relevant work experience is preferred
MLO licensing helpful but not required
Located in or around Dallas, TX or Phoenix, AZ
