About the RoleÂ
You know what happens after a Workday go-live? The real work starts. Clients who just survived implementation are now expected to thrive in their new system — and most of them need a trusted expert in their corner to make that happen.Â
That’s the Workday Whisperer.Â
This is a dedicated, high-touch advisory position where you own a small book of post-go-live customers, guide them through ongoing enhancements, and become the person they call when Workday isn’t doing what they need it to do. You’re part strategist, part consultant, part translator between what the business wants and what the system can do.Â
What You’ll DoÂ
Customer DeliveryÂ
Own a capped portfolio of post-go-live Workday customers — not so many that you’re stretched thin, but enough to stay sharp. Â
Deliver against 30/60/90 day customer milestones. From day one, you’re driving toward clear outcomes, not just fielding tickets.Â
Lead ongoing Workday enhancements — scope, advise, and help execute changes that keep clients’ systems working for them.Â
Help customers navigate Workday releases, communicate changes, and prepare for new functionality.Â
Partner closely with client IT teams to ensure technical work stays aligned with business goals.Â
Train and enable end users — making adoption actually happen, not just possible.Â
Workday Support AreasÂ
You’ll work across a range of functional areas depending on your customers’ needs, including: HCM, Financials, Payroll, Time & Absence, Benefits, Talent & Performance, and Reporting, etc.Â
Program ParticipationÂ
Collaborate with the Whisperer program lead on quality oversight and program development.Â
Participate in weekly team check-ins covering Workday status, system issues, and process improvements.Â
Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and documentation.Â
About You
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience with Workday in Customer Success, Customer Enablement, or ConsultingÂ
Strong working knowledge of at least two Workday functional areasÂ
Customer-facing experience - you’re comfortable owning relationships and communicating with HR and IT leadersÂ
Experience supporting customers post-go-live (not just during implementation)Â
Preferred Qualifications
Ability to manage multiple customers and priorities without losing qualityÂ
Strong written and verbal communication; you can translate Workday-speak for a CFO and business-speak for a Workday architectÂ
Self-direction — you manage your own book of businessÂ
Familiarity with Workday security model and business process configurationÂ
Exposure to Workday Community resources and release management cyclesÂ
Curiosity about AI and emerging tools — we’re actively building toward AI-assisted Workday supportÂ
How We WorkÂ
Each Whisperer owns a defined portfolio of mid-market customers, with clear milestones and a tight feedback loop with the team. We cap the number of clients each Whisperer carries — that’s not an accident, it’s the whole point. Customers are organizations on Workday Go or Launch Now implementations, across a range of industries.Â
Why Three LinkÂ
We’re a small, intentional Workday services firm building something different. The Whisperer program launched in early 2026 and has grown quickly — we have active customers signed and a strong pipeline ready to move. You’re joining at the moment it becomes a real practice, not after it’s already figured out.Â
