The ideal candidate for the Workday Integration Student Senior Principal Consultant (Integration Lead Consultant) position is able to support both client and technical teams. Responsibilities:Â
Lead phase 1 Student implementation projects with a large team of integration developersÂ
Work directly with key business and IT stakeholders to confirm requirements, consider design alternatives, facilitate discussions and ultimately drive requirements sign-offÂ
Evaluate, communicate and coordinate the technical impacts of application configuration decisionsÂ
Create detailed system interface specifications, field mapping, and system process designsÂ
Develop, test and deploy integrations required to meet business requirementsÂ
Facilitate knowledge transfer and educate clients on developing and operating interfaces to and from a SaaS platformÂ
Track issues and risks, communicate status and escalate concerns to project managementÂ

Skills & Requirements:Â
4 years of Workday certified Integration consulting experienceÂ
Acted as technical lead for at least 1 full Student implementationÂ
Current Workday Studio integration certification held for over 2 yearsÂ
Current Workday Orchestration certificationÂ
Able to demonstrate the creation of innovative solutions for complex Workday integrationsÂ
Demonstrated proficiency with web service technologies (REST, JSON, SOAP, HTTP, SSL, PGP, SAML, etc)Â
B.A. / B.S., Management Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, computer science/other engineering discipline or equivalent experienceÂ
Exceptional written and verbal communication capabilities; able to communicate effectively with diverse people and individuals at various levels within the organizationÂ
Superior detail orientation, organization, and analytical skillsÂ
Outstanding Excel skillsÂ
Thrive on simultaneously operating at multiple levels and managing multiple responsibilities.Â
Ability to operate effectively in a dynamic, growing, ecosystem with minimal supervisionÂ
Must be willing to travel on-site if neededÂ

The annual salary for this position is between $128,093 - $192,140 depending on the experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program , based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
