If so, come join the<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span>Skills Squad!</p><p>As a Workday HCM AMS Consultant, you will support post–go-live clients by assisting with Workday configuration, enhancements, and optimization initiatives. You will work alongside senior consultants and client stakeholders to understand business needs, recommend solutions, and deliver high-quality outcomes across the Talent lifecycle. </p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Support client discussions and workshops to gather and document business requirements</li><li>Assist with configuring Workday functionality to support enhancements and optimization efforts</li><li>Help resolve client issues and support ongoing system improvements</li><li>Learn and apply Workday leading practices across various modules including, but not limited to, Talent, Recruiting, Learning, Compensation, Security, Reporting</li><li>Partner with senior consultants to deliver high-quality AMS services</li><li>Build positive working relationships with clients and internal Skillcentrix team members</li><li>Participate in internal initiatives, training, and knowledge-sharing activities</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>1–2 years of hands-on Workday HCM experience (post–go-live support or optimization preferred)</li><li>Active or in-progress Workday certification(s) in any of the following is preferred: Talent, Learning, Recruiting, Compensation, Security, and/or Reporting</li><li>Experience configuring Workday or supporting configuration changes</li><li>Interest in Talent and HR processes</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills</li><li>Clear written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Curiosity, adaptability, and a collaborative mindset</li><li>Bachelor’s degree preferred</li><li>Ability to travel up to 20% (travel is infrequent but may be required periodically)</li></ul><p> </p><p>We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and welcome applicants from all backgrounds.
