You will be a key player in delivering cutting edge Workday Finance solutions for universities by replacing their legacy Finance systems. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, can balance multiple priorities, and drive towards results, this is a great opportunity to join one of the fastest growing companies in the consulting space! Job Responsibilities<ul><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Operate as the client Financial Systems lead for a Workday ERP implementation project.</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Demonstrated ability to manage project scope and client expectations</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Demonstrated follow-through on assignments and issue resolution</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Engage with all project stakeholders to build teamwork and develop trust and confidence</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Produce quality deliverables that need little refinement or oversight</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Possess clear and effective communication skills</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Co-lead all tasks from planning, fit-gap analysis, through to design test and delivery of business and technical solutions related to Workday Finance</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Support Workday reporting and security needs for the client</li></ul> Required Experience<ul><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">4+ years of business-systems experience in FIN ERP systems</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">3+ years of Workday Financials consulting experience, most recently in a Sr. Consultant or Lead role</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">In lieu of Workday, lead role in the implementation of PeopleSoft Financials.</li></ul> Preferred Experience<ul><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Senior Consultant skills: Self-motivated, customer-focused professional.</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Previous experience leading Workday Finance implementations for Higher Education clientele</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Demonstrated ability to gather and track all reporting and security requirements and manage project scope and client expectations</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Demonstrated follow-through on assignments and issue resolution</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Engage with all project stakeholders to build teamwork and develop trust and confidence</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Produce quality deliverables that need little refinement or oversight</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Possess clear and effective communication skills.</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Ability to handle ambiguity, embrace change, and effectively manage a multitude of priorities (both long and short term).</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Strong analytic, problem solving and decision-making skills</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Innovative and a self-starter that takes initiative and meets critical deadlines. Individual base salary for this position is unique to each candidate and will be commensurate with experience, education, and skills, ranging from $160,000 - $190,000.
