The Role

As a Workday Business Systems Analyst at Addepar, you will play a pivotal role in the People Technology space. Workday is our core system, so this will be the majority of your responsibility. However, it's not limited to that; you'll also be responsible for managing other technology owned by us as well. Your responsibilities span across gathering and analyzing business requirements, designing and implementing Workday and other people technology solutions, maintaining user documentation, and providing technical support. Additionally, you will contribute to the development of tools and insights for our people and decision-makers, acting as an advisor, consultant, project manager, technology promoter, data analyst, and security/privacy advocate.

Addepar takes a market-based approach to pay. A successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on the role, job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target base salary for roles in Colorado, California, and New York.

The current range for this role is $85,000 - $133,000 (base salary)  + bonus + equity + benefits.

What You’ll Do

  • Workday configurations. Gather and analyze business requirements, recommending improvements to existing processes.
  • Collaborate with multi-functional teams to design and implement solutions that align with business needs.
  • Develop and maintain user documentation, including process maps, system configurations, test plans, and user guide documentation.
  • Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and problem resolution for systems.
  • Build and deliver reports and dashboards.

Who You Are

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent, or equivalent
  • 5+ years of experience in Workday HCM (including Compensation, Security, Business Processes, Reporting and Dashboards
  • Experience in at least one or more of the additional modules (Benefits, Absence, Peakon) is required
  • Project management experience, very comfortable working with all levels of an organization
  • Proficient in written communication, capable of creating user documentation efficiently
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills.
