This role is responsible for leading requirements discovery, defining integration architecture, documenting source-to-target mappings, and overseeing developers through build, test, and deployment. The Integration Lead serves as the primary technical interface between business stakeholders and the delivery team. Job Responsibilities<ul><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Lead integration requirements gathering with business and technical stakeholders</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Define integration architecture and patterns using Workato and SnapLogic</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Create and maintain Source-to-Target Mapping (STM) documentation</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Translate business processes into event-driven and scheduled integrations</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Establish integration standards, naming conventions, and reusability patterns</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Oversee development, testing, error handling, logging, and deployment</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Review integration designs and code for performance, scalability, and security</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Coordinate with data, security, and application teams</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Support cutover planning and production stabilization</li></ul> Required Skills<ul><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">5+ years of iPaaS / Integration Architecture experience</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Hands-on expertise with Workato and/or SnapLogic</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Strong experience with REST/SOAP APIs, webhooks, and middleware patterns</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Proven experience creating Source-to-Target Mappings (STM)</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Deep understanding of authentication (OAuth, API Keys, SFTP)</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Experience integrating Salesforce, ERP, HR, Finance, and Data Warehouse platforms</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Strong stakeholder communication and documentation skills</li></ul> <h3>Desired Skills</h3><ul><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">3+ years of hands-on iPaaS development experience</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Direct experience with Workato and/or SnapLogic</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Strong experience with REST APIs & JSON/XML, Data transformations and mapping, SFTP, webhooks, and scheduled jobs</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Experience building integrations with Salesforce, ERP, HR, and Finance platforms Understanding of integration security and performance optimization</li></ul> <hr> Additional InformationAttain Partners values your mental, emotional, and physical health and wellbeing.
