This role will focus on connecting SaaS applications, orchestrating business processes, and enabling real-time data movement across enterprise systems. The ideal candidate is hands-on with iPaaS technologies, understands API-based integrations, and is passionate about building scalable, reusable, and intelligent automation solutions that support business operations and AI-driven use cases. Job Responsibilities<ul><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Design and develop integrations (“recipes”) using Workato</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Build end-to-end workflows connecting systems such as CRM, ERP, HRIS, and marketing platforms</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Configure triggers, actions, and conditional logic for automation processes Integrate systems via REST/SOAP APIs, webhooks, and file-based transfers</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Implement data transformation, mapping, and enrichment within workflows</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize integrations for performance and reliability</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate into automation solutions</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Ensure integrations follow best practices for security, governance, and scalability</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Document integration processes, workflows, and reusable components</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Lead and/or support business development efforts</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Lead and/or support proposal development and solution design in support of new and expanded client work</li></ul> Required Skills<ul><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">3–6+ years of experience in integration development or automation</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Hands-on experience with Workato (or similar iPaaS tools like Boomi Platform, MuleSoft, Zapier)</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Strong understanding of:<ul><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">REST APIs, JSON, XML</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Event-driven and API-led integration patterns</li></ul></li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Experience building automation workflows across SaaS platforms (e.g., Salesforce, NetSuite, Workday, Slack, etc.)</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Strong problem-solving and debugging skills</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Basic scripting or logic experience (JavaScript, Python, or similar within recipes)</li></ul> Desired Skills<ul><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Experience with:<ul><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Data transformation and data quality concepts</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Webhooks and real-time event processing</li></ul></li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Familiarity with:<ul><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">CI/CD and version control (Git)</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)</li></ul></li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Exposure to AI-driven automation or intelligent workflows within Workato</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Experience in industries such as Financial Services, Healthcare, Higher Education, or Non-Profit</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Workato Automation Pro Certification</li></ul> <hr> Additional InformationAttain Partners values your mental, emotional, and physical health and wellbeing.
