At THREE, you’ll join a team of experienced insurance operators that chooses to run lean, promotes autonomy, and is charged with building a small commercial insurer that challenges the largest players in its space.

As a Wholesale Agency Support Specialist, you will represent THREE to professional insurance agents, supporting them in marketing THREE to their clients and in servicing policyholders.

Job Responsibilities

  • Address inquiries from partner agents via phone and email, such as:
    • Convey THREE value proposition
    • Tailoring coverage to customer needs
    • Underwriting questions
    • Billing inquiries or adjustments

  • Document all interactions clearly and accurately in our CRM and policy administration systems. Exhibit professionalism in all phone and email communications. Acquire in-depth knowledge of our product, processes, and compliance standards. Collaborate with colleagues via phone, email, and Slack to fulfill agent requests and exchange knowledge.

Qualifications

  • 2 years’ experience sales or adjacent customer-facing role, preferably in financial services, healthcare, or other regulated industry.
    • Experience in the insurance industry is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills. Ability to interact effectively with customers, management, and co-workers.
  • Ability to act with a sense of urgency and manage time well in a production-based environment.
  • Willingness to take phone calls and answer emails for up to 8 hours a day
  • Fine attention to detail.
  • Strong computer skills, preferably with experience using:
    • Microsoft Outlook
    • Videoconferencing tools (e.g. Zoom, Teams)
    • CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce)
  • Comfortable with new technology and willingness to learn new systems quickly.
  • Remote and hybrid hires must have reliable high-speed internet, and a private workspace to take calls without interruption.

In accordance with pay transparency laws and regulations, the following good faith compensation range estimate is being provided.  The starting salary range for this position is $45,000 to $55,000 per year.  Final compensation will be based on candidate qualifications, geographic location, and other considerations permitted by law.
