This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a WFH / Client Customer Services based in United States.

This is a fully remote opportunity for a Virtual Member Support Specialist focused on delivering personalized service to clients and helping them understand their available benefits. You’ll connect with members virtually, answer questions, support enrollment, and assist with applications and required documentation. The role is well suited to service-oriented professionals who enjoy building relationships and solving problems. No prior insurance experience is required, with structured training, mentorship, and ongoing coaching provided. You’ll work independently while staying connected with a collaborative virtual team and participating in regular development activities. The position offers a performance-driven career path with opportunities for advancement, recognition, and leadership development. Candidates should be comfortable working remotely and motivated to build a career centered on communication, client support, and professional growth.


Accountabilities:
  • Meet with clients virtually through Zoom and other online platforms, providing professional and personalized support throughout their experience.
  • Answer questions about available benefits, services, and coverage options while communicating information clearly and accurately.
  • Guide clients through the enrollment process, including assisting with applications and required documentation.
  • Build positive client relationships through professionalism, responsiveness, effective communication, and attentive service.
  • Maintain accurate client records and complete timely follow-up communications.
  • Address client concerns promptly and work toward effective resolutions while maintaining a high standard of customer service.
  • Collaborate with teammates to provide a consistent and positive client experience.
  • Participate in required training, coaching, virtual meetings, and ongoing professional development.
  • Work independently in a remote environment while managing priorities, communications, and daily responsibilities effectively.

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong customer-service mindset.
  • Strong relationship-building, organizational, problem-solving, multitasking, and time-management abilities.
  • Positive, professional, coachable, and self-motivated approach to work.
  • Ability to work independently while remaining engaged with a virtual team and following established processes.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and willingness to participate in training and professional development.
  • Previous experience in customer service, call center support, retail, hospitality, healthcare, administrative support, client relations, or account management is helpful but not required.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • Must have access to a computer or laptop, reliable high-speed internet, webcam, microphone, and a quiet, professional workspace.
  • Must complete required training and, before conducting licensed insurance activities, obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License.
  • Candidates are responsible for applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements and related expenses, where required.
  • Specific licensing requirements, fees, compensation arrangements, and contractor terms may vary by state.
