The Position:
You will be joining our GovSites team, reporting directly to the Webmaster Team Lead. As Webmaster at SDL, you will be responsible for:
- Onboarding new municipal website clients under the direction of your team lead
- Strategically migrating and laying out a large volume of content and documents
- Completing website content updates for managed sites
- Proactively reviewing websites for discrepancies or better methods to display information
- Resizing images, converting PDF documents, and following best practices for site content updates
- Installing and testing Joomla updates
- Assisting with the training of clients
- Providing ongoing support and maintenance for your accounts

What You Bring:
- 3+ years of experience in support, client relations, account management, or roles directly working with customers.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to take direction
- Ability to multitask
- Accountability
- A willingness to learn new skills and processes
What Makes You Stand Out:
- Experience in the SaaS industry, particularly in providing solutions to local governments.
- Prior startup experience.
- Municipal webmaster experience
- An understanding of local government
- Experience with Joomla! CMS
- Experience with cPanel, WHM, Freshdesk, Google Workspace, Clickup, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Familiarity with PHP, HTML, and CSS
- Understanding of Linux server configuration
