About the role
Planstin Administration is seeking a hands-on Web Designer & Marketing Specialist to own our web presence and support our growing marketing efforts. This role is perfect for someone who loves building and updating websites in Duda—making layouts, publishing new pages, and ensuring everything looks sharp and works flawlessly. You’ll collaborate with our designers, writers, and marketing team to bring campaigns to life, but you’ll be the one making it happen inside the platform.
Beyond web work, you’ll also support lead generation, marketing automation, and creative projects—so flexibility and curiosity are key. If you thrive on variety and like to see ideas become reality, this is your chance to make an impact.
What you'll do
Website Design & Management (Primary Focus)
- Own daily updates and builds in Duda, including layout edits, new pages, and content refreshes.
- Ensure sites are mobile-friendly, user-focused, and conversion-optimized.
- Implement SEO best practices and collaborate on landing pages and CTAs.
Lead Generation & Campaign Support
- Assist in creating and executing digital lead-generation campaigns (social, email, web).
- Help manage and monitor LinkedIn campaigns aligned with marketing goals.
- Track and analyze campaign performance; provide data-driven recommendations.
Marketing Automation
- Support email and workflow setup using tools like GoHighLevel.
- Build nurture sequences, forms, and tags to improve engagement and customer journey.
- Assist with A/B testing, tracking, and reporting.
Creative & Brand Support
- Collaborate with designers to adapt or create assets for web, email, and social media (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar).
- Help maintain brand consistency across channels.
- Provide marketing support for events, expos, and internal initiatives as needed.
Team Collaboration
- Partner across marketing, sales, and product teams to support integrated campaigns.
- Be ready to shift gears, wear different hats, and contribute wherever needed.
Qualifications
- 2–3 years of experience (internships count!)
- Experience managing or designing websites (preferably in Duda)
- Familiarity with marketing tools (GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar)
- Exposure to SEO, analytics tools, and A/B testing practices
- Bonus points for design skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
- Organized, flexible, and curious
- Strong communication and collaboration instinct
