Are you a Walmart expert who knows the ins and outs of scaling supplement brands through optimized listings and smart PPC strategies? We’re looking for a high-performing Virtual Assistant who can support our growth on the Walmart marketplace.
About the Role
You’ll be working closely with our core team to improve product visibility, drive conversions, and increase revenue for our supplement brand on Walmart.com. This is a part-time, remote position (20 hours/week) with work hours aligned to PST (Vancouver time).
What You'll Be Doing
- Optimize existing product listings (titles, descriptions, images, keywords) to boost rankings and conversions
- Set up, manage, and scale Walmart Pay-Per-Click (PPC) campaigns
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to inform strategy
- Monitor listing health, identify suppressed listings, and troubleshoot issues
- Generate performance reports and share actionable insights regularly
- Collaborate with the internal team to align Walmart efforts with broader sales goals
- Collaborate with the Amazon team on relevant promos and pricing
- Provide and track accurate p&l statements to maintain target margins
- Understands click share and how to strategically target keywords in competitive categories
Requirements
We’re Looking for Someone Who
- Is a Walmart Listing Optimization and PPC expert
- Is results-driven and understands marketplace dynamics
- Is proactive, resourceful, and highly organized
- Can work independently with minimal supervision
- Is comfortable working in Pacific Standard Time (PST) hours
- And most importantly, demonstrates a proactive approach to due diligence, especially when uncertain about product keywords that may trigger compliance issues or listing flags
Nice to Have
- Experience scaling supplement brands on Walmart Marketplace
- Experience with tools like Helium 10, DataSpark, or comparable Walmart analytics tools
- Familiarity with compliance considerations specific to supplements
- Previous experience working with remote eCommerce teams
