Accountabilities:

Define and lead the global tokenization strategy, aligning product innovation with market opportunities and business objectives.
Drive the development and scaling of tokenization solutions across multiple use cases, including payments, trading, and asset digitization.
Collaborate with engineering, product, compliance, and commercial teams to deliver robust and compliant solutions.
Build and maintain strategic partnerships with clients, financial institutions, and ecosystem players to expand adoption.
Monitor regulatory developments and ensure tokenization initiatives meet global compliance requirements.
Identify new market opportunities and translate them into scalable product offerings and revenue streams.
Lead, mentor, and grow high-performing teams while fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.

Requirements:

Extensive experience in fintech, digital assets, or financial services, with a strong focus on tokenization or blockchain-based solutions.
Proven track record in a senior leadership role, driving strategy and execution at scale.
Deep understanding of cryptocurrencies, stablecoins, and financial infrastructure systems.
Experience working with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and compliance.
Strong knowledge of global regulatory frameworks related to digital assets and financial services.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (MBA or similar) is a plus.
