This senior leadership role is responsible for shaping and scaling global technology alliances across key cybersecurity and cloud ecosystems. You will drive strategic partnerships with leading security vendors and hyperscalers, translating them into measurable revenue, pipeline growth, and long-term co-sell success. The role combines executive relationship management, technical collaboration, and GTM execution across complex partner landscapes. You will influence joint roadmaps, marketplace strategies, and integration initiatives that directly impact global growth. Operating at the intersection of sales, product, and engineering, you will help define how strategic alliances accelerate innovation and market expansion. This is a highly visible role requiring strong executive presence and the ability to operate across global, matrixed environments.
Accountabilities:- Lead the global strategy and execution for key technology alliances across cybersecurity and cloud ecosystems, driving joint go-to-market initiatives, co-sell motions, and partner-sourced revenue growth.
- Own executive-level relationships with strategic partners, including major cybersecurity vendors and hyperscalers, ensuring alignment on shared business goals and pipeline development.
- Define and execute joint business plans covering revenue targets, enablement programs, field alignment, and executive engagement strategies.
- Drive hyperscaler partnership strategy across AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud, including marketplace growth, private offers, and co-sell programs.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to develop integrations, APIs, joint solutions, and technical certifications that enhance partner value.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Legal, and Finance teams to ensure accurate pipeline attribution, reporting, and operational alignment.
- Represent the organization externally at partner events, executive briefings, and industry forums to strengthen visibility and influence.
- Lead, coach, and scale a global team of alliance and hyperscaler partner managers to deliver consistent performance and execution excellence.
- Track and report key alliance KPIs including pipeline contribution, marketplace revenue, ARR impact, and co-sell performance.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in technology alliances, strategic partnerships, or business development within cybersecurity, SaaS, or cloud ecosystems.
- Proven success managing and scaling relationships with major partners such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, and leading cybersecurity vendors.
- Deep expertise in hyperscaler go-to-market models including marketplace programs, co-sell frameworks, CPPO/private offers, and cloud commit structures.
- Strong track record of driving measurable revenue growth through partner channels and complex ecosystem strategies.
- Technical understanding of cloud and security architectures, enabling credible engagement with product and engineering stakeholders.
- Demonstrated executive presence with the ability to influence C-level and VP-level stakeholders internally and externally.
- Leadership experience building and managing high-performing global teams in fast-paced, matrixed organizations.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to translate strategy into execution.
- Background in cybersecurity or cloud-focused environments is strongly preferred.
