Accountabilities:

Define and lead the strategic direction, vision, and execution of surgical services across the enterprise
Oversee operational performance, ensuring efficiency, safety, quality, and regulatory compliance
Drive standardization of clinical best practices and continuous improvement initiatives across regions
Manage financial performance, budgeting, workforce planning, and operational sustainability
Ensure compliance with all applicable healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and quality frameworks
Lead cross-functional collaboration with physicians, caregivers, and executive stakeholders
Identify and implement innovation opportunities in surgical technologies, processes, and care models

Requirements:

Master’s degree required (or in progress with completion within 3 years) in a relevant field
Extensive senior leadership experience in a large integrated healthcare system or hospital environment
Proven track record of managing complex clinical, operational, regulatory, and financial priorities
Strong experience leading enterprise-wide transformation and change management initiatives
Deep understanding of surgical services, patient safety, and healthcare delivery systems
Excellent strategic thinking, leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
Ability to operate effectively in highly matrixed and cross-functional environments
Preferred experience in integrated delivery networks, system-level strategy, or shared services leadership
