Position Summary


Incredible Health is looking for a dynamic, results driven VP of Sales to lead our enterprise employer growth efforts. As VP of Sales, you will be responsible for developing and executing our sales strategy, building and managing a high-performing enterprise sales team and driving revenue growth across new markets and verticals. Reporting directly to the CRO, you will work closely with cross functional partners, including Sales Development, Marketing, Customer Success, Revenue Operations and Product to ensure alignment with our overall business strategy.


Typical Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy & Execution:
    • Achieve key financial targets consistently
    • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy that supports rapid growth, expands our footprint into new markets and verticals, and delights customers.
    • Set clear, measurable targets and KPI’s for the sales team; monitor and optimize performance through rigorous analysis of data and market feedback.
    • Identify new business opportunities, strategic partnerships and market trends to drive continuous revenue improvement
  • Team Leadership & Development:
    • Hire, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team, ensuring clear communication of company vision, goals, and sales strategies.
    • Develop and implement sales training programs and performance management processes that drive excellence and accountability across the team.
    • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and customer-centric selling.
  • Process Optimization & Sales Operations:
    • Implement and refine sales processes, tools and technologies to streamline operations, enhance team performance, and drive customer delight.
    • Collaborate with Marketing & SDR team to ensure alignment between lead generation campaigns and sales efforts
    • Partner closely with Product, Operations and Customer Success team to ensure a seamless transition from sales to product adoption and customer satisfaction
  • Financial Management & Reporting:
    • Develop and manage the sales budget; provide weekly reports to senior leadership on pipeline progress, revenue forecasts and key metrics
    • Create visibility across the entire sales cycle that enables strong organizational understanding of issues, friction and bottlenecks that are impending new sales


Success in your first 6 months will look like:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy that supports rapid growth, expands our footprint into new markets and verticals, and delights customers.
  • Hire, coach and manage a high-performing sales team
  • Oversee forecasting and business goal attainment
  • Identify new business opportunities, strategic partnerships and market trends to drive continuous revenue improvement


Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years of Enterprise B2B SaaS sales experience plus 7-10 years in a sales leadership and people management role
  • Leading a sales team through multiple stages of company evolution, through long tenure and successful exits
  • Defining, building & leading sales teams within growth stage startup environments
  • Hiring, training and developing high performing Account Executives and Sales Leaders who consistently meet or exceed goals - including driving performance management and accountability, thoroughly assessing talent for success, and a network that can grow the Sales team
  • Creative and strategic thinking and problem solving that is “out of the box”
  • Closing high-value, complex deals that significantly impact the bottom line
  • Driving data-driven decision making by utilizing analytics & KPIs to measure performance, adjust strategics and ensure that sales initiatives are both effective and scalable
  • Opening and growing new markets, verticals and territories
