In this senior leadership role, you will define and drive the global product vision and strategy for a mission-critical Product Stewardship portfolio supporting regulatory compliance, chemical management, and sustainability solutions. You will lead a high-performing global product organization while shaping scalable SaaS offerings that help enterprise customers navigate complex regulatory landscapes. Acting as a key partner to executive leadership, engineering, and go-to-market teams, you will translate market and regulatory complexity into clear product direction and commercial value. This role sits at the intersection of innovation, compliance, and enterprise software, with significant influence on long-term portfolio growth. You will engage directly with strategic customers and industry stakeholders to ensure products meet evolving global requirements. Accountabilities:

Lead the end-to-end product strategy and execution for the Product Stewardship portfolio, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives, regulatory demands, and market opportunities while driving innovation and revenue growth.

Define and execute the multi-year product vision, roadmap, and investment strategy across regulatory compliance, chemical management, and sustainability solutions.
Lead and scale a global product management organization, fostering strong execution discipline, accountability, and innovation.
Own the full product lifecycle from concept to launch and optimization, ensuring scalability, security, and global readiness.
Partner with Engineering, Regulatory Content, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to deliver high-impact, enterprise-grade solutions.
Drive commercial outcomes including pricing, packaging, GTM strategy, and revenue performance across the portfolio.
Engage with strategic customers and industry stakeholders to capture market insights and translate them into product direction.
Establish strong product governance, portfolio prioritization, and data-driven decision-making frameworks.

Requirements:

This role requires deep expertise in enterprise SaaS product leadership, strong commercial acumen, and proven experience managing complex global portfolios in regulated or compliance-driven industries.

12+ years of product management experience in enterprise SaaS or software environments.
5+ years of experience leading and scaling global product management teams.
Strong domain expertise in Product Stewardship, EHS, ESG, chemical management, or regulatory compliance platforms.
Proven success delivering revenue growth, market expansion, and product innovation in complex enterprise environments.
Deep understanding of global regulatory frameworks such as REACH, TSCA, RoHS, SCIP, and GHS.
Experience managing multi-product portfolios and cross-functional stakeholder groups in global organizations.
Strong executive presence, communication skills, and ability to influence C-level stakeholders.
Data-driven mindset with strong financial acumen and experience in roadmap and portfolio investment decisions.
