This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a VP Partnership Success in United States.

This senior leadership role sits at the intersection of client success, operations, and executive relationship management within the healthcare revenue cycle space. The Vice President of Partnership Success is responsible for overseeing strategic client portfolios, ensuring operational excellence, and strengthening long-term partnerships with health system executives. The role requires a strong executive presence, high emotional intelligence, and the ability to lead through influence in complex, multi-stakeholder environments. It combines strategic oversight with hands-on leadership of governance cadences, escalation management, and performance execution. With frequent national travel and direct engagement with C-level stakeholders, this position plays a critical role in driving client satisfaction, retention, and operational outcomes. The environment is fast-paced, values-driven, and deeply focused on improving healthcare system performance through collaboration and accountability.

Accountabilities:
  • Lead executive-level client relationships across a portfolio of healthcare organizations, serving as the primary strategic partner for senior stakeholders such as CFOs and COOs, ensuring alignment on goals, performance, and expectations.
  • Oversee client governance frameworks, including recurring operating meetings, performance reviews, and structured communication cadences, ensuring consistency, documentation discipline, and follow-through on commitments.
  • Drive operational performance across client accounts by partnering cross-functionally to remove barriers, resolve escalations, and strengthen service delivery across distributed teams.
  • Own client success travel strategy and on-site engagement execution, ensuring meaningful in-person leadership presence, structured visit outcomes, and timely reporting on risks and insights.
  • Develop and coach internal teams to strengthen leadership capability, accountability, and performance culture aligned with organizational values and operating principles.

Requirements:

  • 10–15+ years of experience in healthcare operations, revenue cycle management, consulting, or client success leadership within complex, enterprise-level environments.
  • Proven ability to manage senior executive relationships and influence decision-making at the C-suite level across multiple client organizations.
  • Strong experience leading structured operating rhythms, governance models, and performance management frameworks in client-facing roles.
  • Demonstrated success managing high-travel responsibilities with national client coverage and consistent on-site executive engagement.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to navigate escalation-heavy and fast-paced environments.
  • Strong analytical and operational mindset with the ability to translate client needs into execution plans and measurable outcomes.

Benefits:

  • Competitive annual compensation ranging approximately from $160,000 to $188,869, with additional eligibility considerations based on experience and location
  • Comprehensive healthcare coverage including medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • Paid time off, company holidays, and flexible well-being programs
  • Retirement savings plan with employer contribution support
  • Incentive and recognition programs tied to performance and impact
  • Professional development opportunities, including certifications and tuition reimbursement
  • Remote work structure with national travel flexibility and field engagement opportunities
  • Inclusive, people-first culture focused on growth, collaboration, and career advancement.
