This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a VP of Value Creation in the United States.

As VP of Value Creation, you will serve as a strategic partner to the CEO, leading the execution of the organization’s Value Creation Plan and driving operational excellence across a dynamic, PE-backed professional services environment. You will establish structured operating rhythms, oversee cross-functional strategic initiatives, and provide analytical insights that inform critical business decisions. This role combines strategic thinking, execution discipline, and strong influence with senior leaders and board members. Success requires a blend of operational rigor, data-driven decision-making, and the ability to enhance team effectiveness and client outcomes while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Accountabilities

  • Lead the definition, execution, and monitoring of the Value Creation Plan, aligning strategic initiatives with organizational objectives.
  • Establish structured meeting cadences, accountability frameworks, and communications processes to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Prepare executive materials, including board presentations, and manage follow-up on key initiatives.
  • Develop and track key business metrics, synthesize cross-functional reporting, and highlight areas for leadership attention.
  • Support business development and revenue operations by identifying target accounts, creating account plans, and coordinating process improvements.
  • Manage vendor partnerships, including budgets, performance tracking, and alignment with strategic goals.
  • Drive organizational change initiatives, talent development programs, and internal operational improvement projects, including AI and CRM system implementations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of professional experience, including 5+ years in consulting or professional services; PE-backed experience preferred.
  • Experience in organizations with 100+ employees and scaling operations.
  • Proven ability to drive operational change, process improvement, and strategic initiatives.
  • Strong consulting and professional services expertise, with knowledge of client dynamics and service delivery models.
  • Excellent strategic planning, execution, and project management skills; ability to connect strategy to operational outcomes.
  • Data-driven mindset with proficiency in analytics tools such as PowerBI.
  • Exceptional communication, executive presence, and ability to influence senior leaders, board members, and diverse stakeholders.
  • Comfortable operating in a fully remote, high-growth environment; ability to manage multiple workstreams and travel approximately 20% of the time.

Benefits

  • Base Salary: $185,000 – $200,000/year.
  • Bonus: 20–25% non-discretionary.
