As a VP of Sales at Sigma Squared, you will define and execute go-to-market strategy and revenue generation within our Food, Beverage & Hospitality vertical. You'll work closely with our Chief Commercial Officer and leadership team to drive revenue growth, refine our sales process, and execute on our go-to-market strategy.
Build and refine the sales playbook, from lead qualification through to deal close
Develop your own pipeline, sourcing and managing opportunities
Handle contract negotiation and closing
Collaborate with marketing to optimize lead generation and conversion
Lead by example in closing key early deals and developing strategic accounts
Work closely with product, marketing, customer success, and engineering teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
Provide customer and market feedback to inform roadmap and GTM strategy
10+ years of B2B technology sales experience and 5+ years managing enterprise-scale accounts.
Track record of over-attainment
Strong understanding of the Food, Beverage and Hospitality industry and an existing network within these spaces
Value-minded seller, capable of engaging in business-level conversations with C-Level executives
Analytical thinker who can operate in a consultative sales environment
Strong command of outbound sales strategy and pipeline management
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and wear multiple hats
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Comfortable rolling up your sleeves while building for scale
