Overview

As a VP of Sales at Sigma Squared, you will define and execute go-to-market strategy and revenue generation within our Food, Beverage & Hospitality vertical. You'll work closely with our Chief Commercial Officer and leadership team to drive revenue growth, refine our sales process, and execute on our go-to-market strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and refine the sales playbook, from lead qualification through to deal close

  • Develop your own pipeline, sourcing and managing opportunities

  • Handle contract negotiation and closing

  • Collaborate with marketing to optimize lead generation and conversion

  • Lead by example in closing key early deals and developing strategic accounts

  • Work closely with product, marketing, customer success, and engineering teams to ensure a seamless customer experience

  • Provide customer and market feedback to inform roadmap and GTM strategy

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of B2B technology sales experience and 5+ years managing enterprise-scale accounts.

  • Track record of over-attainment

  • Strong understanding of the Food, Beverage and Hospitality industry and an existing network within these spaces

  • Value-minded seller, capable of engaging in business-level conversations with C-Level executives

  • Analytical thinker who can operate in a consultative sales environment

  • Strong command of outbound sales strategy and pipeline management

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and wear multiple hats

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills

  • Comfortable rolling up your sleeves while building for scale
