POSITION DESCRIPTION

Sayari is seeking a VP of Revenue Marketing to fuel our next phase of hyper growth. This dynamic leader will develop, lead, and execute a comprehensive, data-driven marketing strategy focused on accelerating revenue across the entire customer journey.

The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker and hands-on growth hacker with a passion for testing, optimization, and driving measurable impact. They will own full-funnel marketing — including demand generation, field marketing, and marketing operations — and work closely with sales and product teams to ensure alignment, execution, and results.

The VP of Revenue Marketing will play a critical role in building and scaling programs that generate top-of-funnel demand, drive pipeline velocity, and maximize customer expansion and retention


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES


FULL-FUNNEL GROWTH & REVENUE STRATEGY
  • Own and execute a full-funnel marketing strategy, driving revenue at every stage—from awareness and acquisition to retention and expansion.
  • Develop data-driven demand generation and pipeline acceleration programs that align with sales goals and revenue targets.
  • Partner closely with sales, customer success, and product teams to ensure marketing contributes to every stage of the buyer and customer journey.
  • Measure and optimize marketing-influenced revenue, pipeline contribution, and funnel efficiency, adjusting strategies based on real-time performance insights.


GROWTH MARKETING & CAMPAIGNS
  • Develop and execute multi-channel demand generation strategies that drive high-quality leads and accelerate pipeline.
  • Lead ABM, inbound, paid media, and content-driven campaigns, ensuring alignment with sales priorities and revenue objectives.
  • Optimize campaign performance through A/B testing, conversion tracking, and real-time performance insights.
  • Ensure campaigns are designed for scalability, leveraging automation and personalization to engage buyers effectively.


SALES ALIGNMENT & FIELD MARKETING
  • Partner closely with sales leadership to align marketing programs with sales priorities, ensuring marketing contributes meaningfully to pipeline and ARR.
  • Develop and execute field marketing strategies to support sales teams in key regions, verticals, and accounts.
  • Align with sales to activate BDR programs aligned with content and product marketing themes.
  • Own marketing’s contribution to pipeline acceleration, late-stage deal support, and sales-driven initiatives.


CUSTOMER MARKETING & EXPANSION
  • Develop a customer marketing strategy to drive retention, expansion, and advocacy within existing accounts.
  • Develop upsell and cross-sell campaigns, leveraging customer data to drive expansion revenue.
  • Work with Customer Success to ensure a seamless handoff from acquisition to post-sale engagement, increasing lifetime value.


MARKETING OPERATIONS & TECH STACK MANAGEMENT
  • Lead Marketing Operations to ensure marketing technology, automation, and analytics are fully optimized for revenue impact.
  • Oversee lead scoring, funnel tracking, attribution modeling, and pipeline forecasting to ensure data accuracy and actionable insights.
  • Continuously refine marketing processes to improve efficiency, conversion rates, and sales-marketing alignment.
  • Ensure seamless integration between CRM, marketing automation platforms, and sales enablement tools to drive engagement and conversion.


Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience, with 5+ years in a leadership role overseeing revenue marketing, demand generation, and marketing operations.
  • Proven track record of driving pipeline and ARR growth through full-funnel marketing strategies, demand generation, and sales-marketing alignment.
  • Deep expertise in account-based marketing (ABM), multi-channel demand generation, and field marketing, with a strong understanding of how to scale these functions.
  • Strong experience in marketing operations, attribution modeling, and revenue forecasting, with the ability to leverage data to optimize spend and pipeline contribution.
  • Demonstrated success in partnering with sales leaders to increase conversion rates, improve lead quality, and accelerate deal velocity.
  • Experience managing multi-million-dollar marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources for maximum ROI.
  • Familiarity with modern marketing tech stacks, including CRM (Salesforce), marketing automation (HubSpot), analytics, and sales enablement tools
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to build and track performance dashboards, measure marketing’s impact on revenue, and optimize campaigns in real time.
  • Experience leading and developing high-performing teams, with a strong ability to attract, mentor, and retain top talent.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align marketing strategy with C-suite, sales, product, and finance teams.


$190,000 - $220,000 a year
The target base salary for this position is $190,000-$220,000 plus quarterly 25% bonus and equity. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including location, local market variances, candidate experience and expertise, internal peer equity, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
