This executive role leads the vision, strategy, and execution of a high-impact product platform that underpins a portfolio of enterprise-grade solutions. The VP of Products & Platform will own the technical and product direction of core systems, ensuring scalability, reliability, and adoption across multiple product teams and customer deployments. You will shape architecture, drive platform adoption, and influence enterprise-grade features that serve both internal teams and end-users in complex, regulated environments. The position offers a hands-on, technology-driven leadership environment where strategic vision and operational excellence intersect. This role provides an opportunity to define platform standards, guide cross-functional teams, and directly impact the success of critical enterprise products at scale. Collaboration with engineering, product, and executive leadership is central to delivering measurable outcomes.


Accountabilities:
  • Own the technical and product strategy for the platform layer that supports all enterprise products, including architecture, modular design, multi-engine orchestration, and API extensibility
  • Drive adoption of shared platform services across multiple product teams, including deployment frameworks, configuration management, identity & access, observability, and UI components
  • Lead platform roadmap planning, including short- and long-term initiatives, with measurable KPIs for adoption, performance, and scalability
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, product management, and executive leadership to align platform capabilities with business objectives and customer needs
  • Ensure enterprise-grade reliability, compliance, and scalability across on-premises, air-gapped, cloud, hybrid, and containerized deployments
  • Evangelize the platform internally, providing documentation, training, and hands-on guidance to teams adopting shared services
  • Oversee architectural decisions, technical trade-offs, and infrastructure improvements to enable product innovation and operational efficiency

Requirements:

  • 15+ years of experience in platform engineering, developer platforms, or infrastructure product management, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
  • Deep expertise in enterprise software deployment models, including on-premises, air-gapped, cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP), Kubernetes, containers, and hybrid environments
  • Proven track record of building platform solutions adopted willingly by multiple product teams
  • Strong understanding of enterprise software features: SSO/SAML/OIDC, RBAC, multi-tenancy, audit logging, observability, zero-downtime deployments
  • Experience in defining and measuring platform KPIs, adoption metrics, and operational performance
  • Exceptional strategic thinking, executive communication, and ability to influence across multiple stakeholders
  • Hands-on leadership style with experience in architecture discussions, technical decision-making, and platform evangelism
  • Preferred: experience in cybersecurity, critical infrastructure, large-scale data pipelines, or regulated enterprise environments
