VP of Product

This is a senior product leadership role responsible for defining and scaling the end-to-end product experience for a high-growth consumer mobile platform. The role blends strategic vision with hands-on execution, requiring close partnership with engineering, design, marketing, and executive leadership. You will shape the product roadmap, prioritize competing initiatives, and ensure delivery of high-quality features that directly impact user engagement and business growth. As the most senior product leader, you will build and lead a strong team of product managers and UX designers while elevating product culture and standards across the organization. The environment is fast-paced, data-driven, and highly collaborative, with a strong emphasis on user-centric innovation and measurable outcomes. You will also serve as a key advocate for users, ensuring product decisions are grounded in insights, metrics, and long-term strategic value.

Accountabilities:

Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing product organization, including product managers and UX designers, with responsibility for hiring, development, and performance management
Own the product strategy and roadmap, translating business goals, market opportunities, and customer insights into a clear execution plan
Define prioritization frameworks and manage end-to-end product planning, balancing short-term delivery needs with long-term vision
Serve as the final decision-maker for product quality, ensuring all releases meet high standards of usability, performance, and impact
Partner closely with engineering and marketing to drive product development from ideation through launch and iteration
Champion the customer voice across the organization, ensuring user needs are embedded in all strategic and tactical decisions
Track and analyze product performance using KPIs, retention, engagement, and growth metrics to guide continuous improvement

Requirements

10+ years of product management experience in consumer-facing digital or mobile products, including at least 3+ years in a leadership role managing product teams
Proven success launching and scaling consumer products from early-stage to widespread adoption
Strong ability to define and communicate product vision, influencing executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams
Deep experience collaborating with engineering and design teams in agile, high-velocity environments
Strong analytical mindset with experience defining and acting on product metrics and user behavior data
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to operate at both strategic and tactical levels
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree is a plus
