Futuri is looking for a product leader who will:

1. Build and commercialize an army of AI Agents based on our existing software. 
2. PLG-fy our products, already used by 7,000 media brands.
3. Move fast with no red tape. Direct access to CEO, minimal layers, big vision.
4. Prioritize and make decisions related to product innovation, resources needed, timelines. Business thinking and profit orientation is essential.

🚀 The Mission

We’re looking for a BUILDER!

We’re hiring a hands-on Head of Product to lead the zero-to-one and one-to-scale transformation of Futuri’s product suite into self-serve, PLG-powered engines. 

You’ll launch new products and turn core products into conversion-optimized SaaS platforms that users love and actually buy without sales calls.

What you'll do

Product 0→1:

• Lead launch of new products from prototype to market
• Build onboarding flows, pricing tests, agent search UX, and feedback loops
• Define MVPs that feel premium but ship fast

PLG Transformation:

• Turn TopicPulse, TopLine, and AudioAI into frictionless self-serve tools
• Define and optimize signup, trial, and upgrade paths
• Collaborate with marketing on conversion copy and activation journeys

Product Craft:

• Write spec-quality product docs (not fluff decks)
• Work directly with engineering, design, and AI teams
• Own product stack tools (Notion, Figma, Mixpanel, etc.)
• Test, validate, repeat

Org Design:

• Lead with action, not hierarchy
• Oversee and level up existing product owners
• Build lean team as growth allows (contract PMs/designers if needed)

Qualifications

• You’ve launched 0→1 products that grew, ideally in SaaS/AI/ecomm
• You’ve led PLG transitions or built freemium/onboarding funnels that work
• You don’t wait for user research. You are the first user
• You can write a spec, sketch a wireframe, and prioritize ruthlessly
• You’re fluent in how AI models, agents, and workflows work (LangChain, GPTs, Claude, CrewAI = bonus)
• You’ve been called “intense, creative, and unusually productive” (and took it as a compliment)

This is a special role for someone who wants to:

• Build a category-defining AI product from scratch
• Modernize market-tested tools (some of our existing products) into high-velocity PLG software
• Work with direct access to CEO, clear mandate, and massive white space
• Shape how millions of users engage with AI to do real work
