The Role

We’re seeking a VP of Product to join our talented, ambitious team. As the VP of Product, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our product strategy, overseeing development, and ensuring our roadmap aligns with customer needs and company goals. The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record of building and scaling products, especially at an early stage company, while demonstrating exceptional leadership, ownership and autonomy. This is a salaried, full-time position that requires experience in product management and deep knowledge in and experience with game art pipelines and integrations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the overall product strategy, aligning it with business objectives and market opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success, to drive product development and launches.
  • Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitive insights to inform product decisions and improvements.
  • Monitor product performance metrics and deliver regular updates to stakeholders and executive leadership.
  • Advocate for customer-centric product initiatives that enhance user experience and drive business growth.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of emerging technologies and industry trends to identify potential areas for innovation.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in product management, with a proven track record in leadership roles, working especially closely with game art pipelines and integrations into 3rd party tools.
  • Strong strategic thinking skills with experience in building and scaling successful products.
  • Exceptional communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency in analyzing market data, user feedback, and product metrics to inform decision-making.
  • Deep understanding of product development lifecycles and agile methodologies.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a focus on delivering impactful results.

  • Experience in adtech and LiveOps
  • Personal interest or hands-on experience with Generative AI
  • Background in developing administrative services (authorization, billing, etc.)
