The Role
We are seeking a strategic, results-driven Vice President of Growth to collaborate in Acceleration Academies’ expansion efforts. This role will oversee business development, sales strategy, and partnership initiatives, driving enrollment growth and building strong relationships with school districts, education leaders, and community stakeholders within specific states and product offerings. The ideal candidate is a seasoned sales and growth leader with deep experience in K–12 education, consultative sales, and managing complex business development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
What We’re Looking For
Education: Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred
Proven track record of driving revenue growth, developing strategic partnerships, and managing complex initiatives.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with senior-level stakeholders.
Ability to work remotely and travel regionally or nationally as needed (up to 25–40%)
Passion: A deep commitment to serving non-traditional learners and improving student outcomes through innovative education models.
Preferred Qualifications
Deep understanding of K–12 education systems, funding models, and decision-making processes.
Strategic thinker with the ability to identify opportunities and drive execution.
Entrepreneurial mindset, results-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
