About the Role
The Vice President of Clinical and Field Operations is a senior executive leader responsible for end-to-end clinic operations across markets, inclusive of clinical and non-clinical functions. This role reports to the Chief Executive Officer with a dotted-line partnership to the Chief Medical Officer.
This executive will drive provider excellence, regulatory compliance, operational standardization, and guest-experience consistency across existing clinics while building scalable systems to support new market launches and potential M&A integrations.
This is a high-impact role with direct influence on revenue growth, EBITDA performance, and enterprise-wide leadership development.
What You Will Own
Enterprise Clinic Operations
- Lead multi-site clinic operations across all markets
- Standardize workflows, staffing models, KPIs, and performance rhythms
- Ensure cross-functional alignment between clinical and non-clinical leaders
- Serve as executive-level escalation point for complex operational or clinical matters
- Drive operational readiness for de novo launches and acquired-entity integration
Provider Performance and Clinical Excellence
- Establish clear productivity expectations and accountability frameworks
- Oversee provider onboarding, training, competency validation, and documentation compliance
- Partner with the Chief Medical Officer to ensure evidence-based, high-quality care standards
- Monitor utilization, rebooking, documentation accuracy, and revenue-per-provider trends
- Implement structured performance-improvement plans when required
Guest Experience and Brand Execution
- Own the end-to-end guest journey across all clinics
- Improve Net Promoter Score, conversion rates, and rebooking performance
- Ensure brand standards and service behaviors are consistently executed market-wide
- Implement data-driven service-recovery processes and feedback loops
Compliance and Risk Management
- Ensure adherence to all federal, state, and local healthcare regulations
- Lead audit-readiness initiatives and corrective-action planning
- Oversee documentation standards and risk-mitigation protocols
- Integrate compliance frameworks into new markets and acquired practices
Growth, De Novo Expansion, and M&A Integration
- Operationalize enterprise growth strategy through structured, repeatable launch playbooks
- Lead cross-functional readiness planning for new market openings
- Support operational due-diligence for acquisition targets
- Drive post-acquisition integration, cultural alignment, and performance ramp-up
- Accelerate time-to-productivity and time-to-profitability for new clinics
Financial and Operational Performance
- Own clinic-level P and L performance in partnership with Finance
- Drive labor optimization and scheduling efficiency
- Improve margin through process improvement and system standardization
- Ensure strategic initiatives are delivered on-time and on-budget
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or Business Administration preferred
- Minimum 10 years of progressive leadership experience with dual oversight of clinical and operational teams
- Proven track record leading multi-site healthcare or aesthetics operations
- Demonstrated experience scaling de novo growth and integrating acquisitions
- Strong P&L ownership and financial acumen
- Deep understanding of regulatory compliance and clinical governance
- Executive-level communication and cross-functional influence capability
- Willingness to travel regularly across markets
