About the Role

We’re looking for a VP of Home and Auto Insurance who’s not afraid to roll up their sleeves and get things done. You should be a natural at driving sales, onboarding new direct carrier partnerships within the Auto/Home vertical. If you’ve worked with big insurance carriers, agencies, or brokers—and have some experience with digital marketing and partnerships—you’ll fit right in. You’ll also need to be comfortable managing large budgets and using data to guide smart decisions. Travel to insurance industry conferences (such as LeadsCon and Lead Generation World) and meetings with top partners throughout the year are expected as part of this role.


What You’ll Do

  • Lead and support a high-performing team, while encouraging a culture of creativity, collaboration, and getting things done.
  • Pursue and onboard new direct carrier partnerships within the Auto/Home vertical.
  • Work with media and sales teams to define and track performance metrics.
  • Use market trends and customer insights to shape strategy and execution.
  • Oversee big revenue goals and budgets—keeping an eye on efficiency and ROI.
  • Come up with fresh ideas and strategies to grow our Auto & Home business.
  • Set and track growth goals around revenue, profit, and margins.
  • Travel to insurance industry conferences and meetings with top partners throughout the year.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in business development in the insurance space.
  • Experience in digital marketing.
  • A strong leader who knows how to inspire teams and communicate clearly.
  • Solid data skills—you should be comfortable turning numbers into strategy.
  • Great at juggling multiple projects and knowing what to prioritize.
