  • Ensure consistent achievement of revenue targets across all markets within the Southeast region

  • Act as a regional ambassador for the organization, representing its mission to external stakeholders and communities
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with national teams to align regional execution with broader organizational strategy
  • Drive talent development, including recruitment, onboarding, and retention of market leaders
  • Strengthen volunteer engagement and corporate partnerships to expand mission impact
  • Support continuity of donor relationships during leadership transitions or vacancies when needed

Requirements

This role requires an experienced fundraising and development leader with a strong track record of revenue generation, team leadership, and multi-market management. You should bring both strategic vision and hands-on execution capability, along with strong relationship-building and communication skills.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience
  • 10+ years of experience in fundraising, development, or sales, including at least 5 years in a leadership role
  • Proven success in achieving or exceeding revenue targets and scaling fundraising programs
  • Strong experience in major gifts, sponsorships, donor engagement, and strategic planning
  • Ability to lead and inspire large, distributed teams in a virtual or hybrid environment
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience managing multi-state or large geographic territories
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive performance and decision-making
  • Ability to build and sustain relationships with executive-level donors and partners
  • Willingness and ability to travel regionally and nationally as required
  • Passion for mission-driven work, particularly in health equity and community impact

  • Opportunity to lead high-impact fundraising initiatives supporting maternal and infant health
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage
  • Retirement savings plan options (where applicable)
