This senior leadership role is responsible for defining and scaling a global sales enablement strategy that drives revenue performance, seller productivity, and consistent execution across international teams. The position operates at the intersection of sales, marketing, product, and customer success, ensuring that commercial teams are fully equipped with the tools, training, and content needed to succeed across the entire customer lifecycle. It requires a strategic yet hands-on leader capable of building scalable programs while influencing senior stakeholders across regions. The role plays a critical part in aligning go-to-market priorities with enablement execution, embedding a culture of continuous learning and performance excellence. With global scope and executive visibility, this leader will shape how sales teams operate, learn, and win in a fast-paced, complex enterprise environment.


Accountabilities:
  • Define and lead a global sales enablement strategy aligned with go-to-market priorities, ensuring sales teams are equipped with the skills, tools, and knowledge needed to drive revenue growth and customer success.
  • Develop and manage a scalable enablement roadmap covering onboarding, pipeline generation, deal progression, competitive positioning, and customer expansion initiatives.
  • Partner closely with regional sales leaders to co-create localized enablement plans while maintaining global consistency, accountability, and measurable performance outcomes.
  • Build and implement enablement programs embedded into the sales operating rhythm, reinforcing coaching, performance management, and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to design and deliver impactful training, content, and tools across the full sales lifecycle.
  • Establish data-driven success metrics, dashboards, and reporting frameworks to track impact, improve performance, and inform executive decision-making.
  • Lead a global enablement team, driving capability development, operational excellence, and alignment with business strategy.

Requirements:

  • 15+ years of experience in sales, sales enablement, revenue operations, or learning & development within global B2B technology or enterprise services organizations.
  • 5+ years of senior leadership experience managing global teams and driving large-scale enablement or commercial transformation programs.
  • Strong expertise in enterprise sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC, Challenger, value-based selling) and sales lifecycle enablement strategies.
  • Proven ability to design and scale global enablement programs that directly improve sales productivity and measurable business outcomes.
  • Experience partnering with senior sales leaders to build consultative, data-driven enablement plans aligned with regional and global priorities.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience using dashboards, KPIs, and performance data to evaluate impact and optimize programs.
  • Excellent communication and executive presence, with the ability to influence C-level stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong change management skills with the ability to drive adoption and embed enablement into organizational culture.
