This senior leadership role is responsible for shaping and executing global commercial strategies for advanced radiopharmaceutical products, including sales, marketing, and strategic partnerships. You will lead cross-functional initiatives, drive revenue growth, and oversee the global product lifecycle while ensuring exceptional customer experience. This role involves managing commercial operations across multiple regions, recruiting top talent, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to advance innovative oncology and rare disease therapies. You will have the opportunity to influence market adoption of life-changing products, optimize pricing and contracting strategies, and ensure operational excellence in a fast-paced, global environment. The role requires strategic vision, hands-on execution, and the ability to navigate complex international markets.


Accountabilities:
  • Lead the development and implementation of global sales strategies for ARTMS and related commercial products
  • Define and execute marketing plans aligned with business objectives and product lifecycle priorities
  • Establish pricing, contracting, and distribution strategies to maximize revenue and market penetration
  • Build and maintain strategic partnerships that enhance commercial success and customer value
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with senior leadership and subsidiary teams to drive commercial initiatives
  • Oversee recruitment, development, and retention of top commercial talent globally
  • Analyze market trends and customer insights to inform new product development and strategic planning
  • Manage annual budgets for Sales, Marketing, and Business Development functions
  • Ensure customer satisfaction, order fulfillment, and operational excellence in partnership with functional leaders

Requirements:

  • Undergraduate degree in Marketing, Life Sciences, or Business Administration; MBA preferred
  • 10+ years of experience in the radiopharmaceutical or life sciences commercial field
  • Proven global leadership experience, including managing sales, marketing, and business development teams
  • Ability to travel internationally and operate effectively across multiple regions
  • Strong strategic thinking, commercial acumen, and results-driven mindset
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills at executive levels
  • Adaptable and resilient, able to navigate changing priorities in a dynamic environment
