These will include: <ul><li style="font-size: 14pt;">Oversee and lead development and construction projects from concept through completion, ensuring alignment with Sphere's creative and technical goals </li><li style="font-size: 14pt;">Responsibility to manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful global delivery  </li><li style="font-size: 14pt;">Lead coordination across internal teams, consultants, and external partners to ensure seamless execution  </li><li style="font-size: 14pt;">Work with the team to maintain consistent project oversight and monitoring across all initiatives through the preconstruction and construction phases </li><li style="font-size: 14pt;">Anticipate and mitigate risks through proactive planning and issue resolution  </li><li style="font-size: 14pt;">Support strategic project planning and decision making to align with long-term organizational objectives  </li><li style="font-size: 14pt;">Ensure effective stakeholder communication and reporting at all stages of the project lifecycle </li><li style="font-size: 14pt;">Drive continuous improvement in processes, systems, and delivery methodologies </li><li style="font-size: 14pt;">Represent the Development and Construction team in global coordination efforts to ensure consistency across regions and projects</li><li style="font-size: 14pt;">Provide exceptional experiences for our guests, partners, and team members, including by adhering to our appearance and presentation guidelines while on-site. </li></ul>What do you need to succeed? <ul><li style="font-size: 14pt;">Degree in Construction Management, engineering, Architecture, or a related field   </li><li style="font-size: 14pt;">Approximately 15 years of experience managing large-scale development and construction projects, ideally within a global or highly complex environment.  </li><li style="font-size: 14pt;">A background in contracting, consultancy or client organizations are equally valued providing the candidate can show a broad basis of experience which includes design, procurement and delivery of major projects. </li><li style="font-size: 14pt;">Proven track record of delivery projects on time, within budget, and to defined quality and safety standards </li><li style="font-size: 14pt;">Strong understanding of design, engineering, procurement, and construction processes </li><li style="font-size: 14pt;">Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary and international teams </li><li style="font-size: 14pt;">Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and adapt to fast-paced, evolving priorities </li><li style="font-size: 14pt;">Experienced in participating within large internal project teams and demonstrable staff management experience. </li></ul>SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:  This will be a US-Project based role.  #LI-Onsite   <div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="title">Pay Range</div><div class="pay-range">$160,000—$320,000 USD</div></div></div><div class="content-conclusion">At MSG, we recognize the importance of upskilling employees’ talents and strengths so they can drive their careers forward.
