This leader will play a critical role in modernizing the software development lifecycle (SDLC), optimizing ETL/EDI processes, enhancing cybersecurity, and building custom solutions that drive operational excellence. The VP will also contribute to the enterprise-wide AI strategy, ensuring initiatives align with organizational priorities and regulatory standards.</p><h2 data-start="821" data-end="842">Responsibilities</h2><ul data-start="843" data-end="1746"><li data-start="843" data-end="945"><p data-start="845" data-end="945">Drive the adoption of AI tools to enhance SDLC, including code generation, testing, and deployment</p></li><li data-start="946" data-end="1048"><p data-start="948" data-end="1048">Lead efforts to analyze and integrate acquired or legacy codebases with limited knowledge transfer</p></li><li data-start="1049" data-end="1154"><p data-start="1051" data-end="1154">Collaborate with the EDI team to develop Python-based automation for X12 transactions (837, 834, 835)</p></li><li data-start="1155" data-end="1267"><p data-start="1157" data-end="1267">Partner with EDI and ETL teams to establish AI-driven testing frameworks that adapt to evolving requirements</p></li><li data-start="1268" data-end="1383"><p data-start="1270" data-end="1383">Oversee implementation of automated code deployment pipelines to improve efficiency and reduce manual processes</p></li><li data-start="1384" data-end="1502"><p data-start="1386" data-end="1502">Design and oversee development of AI-enabled CRM and member engagement systems, including wireframes and workflows</p></li><li data-start="1503" data-end="1629"><p data-start="1505" data-end="1629">Ensure AI and automation initiatives comply with cybersecurity best practices and integrate with enterprise security tools</p></li><li data-start="1630" data-end="1746"><p data-start="1632" data-end="1746">Provide thought leadership on AI applications across the organization and contribute to the long-term AI roadmap</p></li></ul><h2 data-start="1748" data-end="1767">Qualifications</h2><ul data-start="1768" data-end="2824"><li data-start="1768" data-end="1902"><p data-start="1770" data-end="1902">3+ years implementing AI solutions such as Claude, Grok, ChatGPT, or Gemini for enterprise automation, code generation, or testing</p></li><li data-start="1903" data-end="2002"><p data-start="1905" data-end="2002">7+ years of experience leading software development teams with deep knowledge of SDLC processes</p></li><li data-start="2003" data-end="2075"><p data-start="2005" data-end="2075">Proficiency in Python for automation, scripting, and bot development</p></li><li data-start="2076" data-end="2169"><p data-start="2078" data-end="2169">Demonstrated ability to integrate legacy or acquired codebases with limited documentation</p></li><li data-start="2170" data-end="2261"><p data-start="2172" data-end="2261">Strong understanding of cybersecurity practices, including secure coding and encryption</p></li><li data-start="2262" data-end="2330"><p data-start="2264" data-end="2330">Experience with EDI standards (X12) and ETL automation processes</p></li><li data-start="2331" data-end="2442"><p data-start="2333" data-end="2442">5+ years in a senior leadership role driving IT transformation and aligning initiatives with business goals</p></li><li data-start="2443" data-end="2549"><p data-start="2445" data-end="2549">Knowledge of healthcare IT and compliance requirements such as HIPAA and PHI/PII handling is preferred</p></li><li data-start="2550" data-end="2613"><p data-start="2552" data-end="2613">Experience with automated deployment pipelines is preferred</p></li><li data-start="2614" data-end="2669"><p data-start="2616" data-end="2669">Experience with custom CRM development is preferred</p></li><li data-start="2670" data-end="2731"><p data-start="2672" data-end="2731">Experience with AI-driven testing frameworks is preferred</p></li><li data-start="2732" data-end="2824"><p data-start="2734" data-end="2824">Ability to lead organizations through technology and process transformation is preferred</p></li></ul><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description"><p>Individual compensation will be commensurate with the candidate's experience and qualifications.
