Voice Recording Project – Simple English Sentences

Help train AI by recording clear, natural English speech!

In this project, you will record short sentences using your phone. Your recordings will help improve AI speech recognition.

What you’ll do

▷ Record 450 short sentences using the Appen Mobile app

▷ Speak clearly and naturally

▷ Complete 1 full session (all 450 recordings)

How it works (very important)

▷ You start with 1 session (450 recordings)

▷ Your work will be reviewed for quality

▷ If you pass, you may be invited to do up to 3 more sessions (earn more)

What you’ll get

▷ Pay: $40 USD per completed session (450 recordings)

▷ Each session takes about 2 hours

▷ Work from home, flexible timing

Requirements

▷ Native English speaker living in the United States

▷ 8 years old or older

▷ Smartphone that works with the Appen Mobile app

▷ Quiet place for recording

Payment rules (read carefully)

▷ You must complete all 450 recordings

▷ At least 405 recordings (90%) must pass quality check

▷ ❗ If below 90% OR incomplete → no payment

Project details

▷ Time needed: ~2 hours per session

▷ Sessions: 1 initial + up to 3 more if you pass
