Key Responsibilities

  • Manage inbox
  • Manage calendar
  • Manage communications with brands 
  • Manage deliverable with partnerships 
  • Manage invoices 
  • File and organize contracts
  • Create tickets and landing pages 
  • Create and manage consistent newsletter
  • Manage online platform
  • Manage comments and DMs on social media
  • Post content on social media
  • Assist with various other projects / tasks 
  • Platforms: 
    • Google WorkSpace
    • Canva
    • Instagram
    • WordPress
    • Mailchimp

Requirements

  • Experience in social media (a must) 
  • Experience creating newsletters (a must)
  • Experience in video editing (a plus) 
  • Interest / passion in fitness (a plus)
  • Excellent communicator 
  • Intuitively organized
  • Detail oriented
  • Likes deadlines
  • Self-starter and ability to work independently 
  • 15-20 hours per week (availability to grow as role grows)
  • Eastern, Central, or Mountain Time Zone
