About the role
We’re looking for a hands-on video producer to help bring a high volume of podcast episodes to life each month, each with its own visual style, tone, and audience. You’ll work closely with our Podcast Producer and CEO, handling in-studio shoots in Austin and post-production remotely.

- Consistent, polished delivery of 7–8 podcast videos/month (approx. 30 minutes each).
- Tight collaboration with producer and CEO—minimal hand-holding required.

What You'll Do
- Film in-studio podcast sessions in Austin (approx. 2–3 times/month).
- Own the entire video production workflow: planning, shooting, editing, motion graphics, publishing.
- Collaborate closely with our Podcast Producer for storytelling alignment and project timing.
- Work directly with the CEO to maintain brand and tone consistency across shows.
- Deliver on-brand video assets for social clips, YouTube, and internal promotion.
- Collaborate to proactively plan an efficient production schedule
Qualifications
- Strong experience in filming and editing short-form and episodic content—ideally for podcasts, YouTube, or branded content.
- Comfort with multiple formats: direct-to-camera, interview, documentary.
- Proficiency in tools like Premiere Pro, After Effects, or Final Cut; bonus if you bring solid color grading and motion graphic skills.
- Experience working independently and managing your own workflow.
- Solid communication skills and the ability to take feedback and run with it.
- Based in Austin
