This senior leadership role is responsible for shaping and executing an integrated enrollment growth strategy within a mission-driven higher education environment focused on cybersecurity training and professional development. You will oversee and unify marketing, admissions, and growth initiatives to drive awareness, engagement, and student enrollment across diverse global audiences. The role combines strategic vision with operational leadership, ensuring a seamless prospective student journey from first contact through enrollment. You will play a key part in expanding institutional reach into new markets, including employer partnerships, international learners, and career changers entering cybersecurity. Working closely with senior leadership, you will help define go-to-market direction, optimize conversion performance, and strengthen brand positioning. This is a high-impact role where data, collaboration, and innovation directly influence institutional growth and learner success.


Accountabilities

In this role, you will lead the development and execution of a comprehensive enrollment strategy that aligns marketing, admissions, and institutional growth objectives. You will be responsible for building a cohesive student acquisition funnel, from awareness through conversion, while ensuring data-driven decision-making and performance tracking.

  • Develop and execute multi-year enrollment growth strategies aligned with institutional priorities
  • Lead and integrate marketing and admissions functions to ensure a seamless prospective student experience
  • Define KPIs and performance frameworks to measure marketing effectiveness, recruitment outcomes, and enrollment yield
  • Identify and expand new growth channels, including employer partnerships, academic collaborations, and new learner segments
  • Oversee marketing strategy execution, ensuring strong brand positioning and consistent messaging across channels
  • Supervise admissions operations to ensure efficient, high-quality, and data-informed recruitment processes
  • Improve CRM-driven lead management, conversion workflows, and enrollment forecasting capabilities
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with academic, financial, and operational teams to align capacity and enrollment goals
  • Represent the institution externally with partners, industry groups, and stakeholders

Requirements

This role requires extensive experience in enrollment management, marketing leadership, or strategic growth within higher education or professional training environments. You should bring a strong combination of analytical capability, leadership experience, and expertise in digital-driven enrollment strategies.

  • Master’s degree required
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in enrollment management, marketing, or strategic growth roles
  • Proven success in designing and executing data-driven enrollment and marketing strategies that deliver measurable growth
  • Strong expertise in digital marketing, brand management, lead generation, and CRM systems
  • Experience leading and developing high-performing marketing and admissions teams
  • Ability to build and manage strategic partnerships with internal stakeholders and external organizations
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable growth strategies
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Ability to balance strategic vision with operational execution in a complex organizational environment
  • U.S. work authorization required (no visa sponsorship available)
