Job Description:

The VP, Wealth Management Advanced Concepts is responsible for driving revenue growth by delivering sophisticated financial solutions to financial professionals working with high-net-worth individuals and institutional clients. This role combines deep product knowledge, strategic sales acumen, and relationship management to support the firm’s wealth advisory goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop strategic sales concepts targeting affluent clients and institutions.
  • Collaborate with financial professionals to design and present advanced planning strategies (e.g., estate planning, tax optimization, charitable giving).
  • Deliver customized solutions involving managed accounts, alternative investments, insurance, and retirement planning.
  • Conduct presentations and seminars to financial professionals to educate and promote wealth strategies.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on complex financial products and regulatory considerations.
  • Maintain strong relationships with internal partners including the Head of Product and Platform, legal, and compliance teams.
  • Monitor market trends and proactively adjust strategies to meet financial professionals and their client’s needs and business goals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field; advanced degree or CFP/ChFC designation preferred.
  • Series 7 and 66 (or 63/65) licenses required.
  • Minimum 7–10 years of experience in wealth management or financial services sales.
  • Proven success in developing or selling complex financial solutions to high-net-worth clients.
  • Strong understanding of investment vehicles, tax strategies, and estate planning.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Base Salary Range - $240,000 - $260,000
