This senior executive role is focused on accelerating enterprise growth and expanding strategic partnerships across a global technology and consulting organization. The position plays a key role in shaping long-term business expansion in the Americas, with a strong emphasis on developing relationships with large enterprise clients and Japanese multinational corporations. You will operate at the intersection of strategic sales, ecosystem development, and cross-border business integration, helping drive complex transformation programs for global organizations. The role requires close collaboration with delivery, technology, and regional leadership teams across the Americas and Asia. With significant exposure to C-level stakeholders, this position is both highly strategic and execution-oriented, directly influencing revenue growth and market expansion. It is a high-impact leadership opportunity for someone who thrives in global, matrixed environments and large-scale enterprise engagement.


Accountabilities:
  • Lead strategic growth initiatives for the Americas business, identifying new opportunities to expand market presence and revenue streams
  • Drive enterprise client development across large accounts, building and strengthening long-term C-level relationships
  • Expand engagement with Japanese multinational corporations operating in the Americas, including complex transformation programs
  • Develop and execute strategic partnership initiatives with Japanese technology firms, system integrators, and industrial enterprises
  • Support joint go-to-market strategies, co-developed solutions, and cross-border collaboration models
  • Leverage global delivery capabilities to ensure seamless execution for multinational enterprise clients
  • Coordinate closely with teams across the Americas, Japan, and Asia to enable integrated service delivery and account growth
  • Identify and advance strategic ecosystem opportunities, including partnerships with investors and industry stakeholders
  • Drive large-scale transformation deal pursuits in collaboration with internal business and delivery leaders
  • Contribute to revenue growth strategy, enterprise account expansion, and long-term business scaling objectives

Requirements:

  • 15+ years of experience in IT services, consulting, or enterprise technology environments
  • Proven track record of driving growth in large-scale business environments ($50M–$200M+ portfolios preferred)
  • Strong experience working with enterprise clients and senior technology stakeholders (CIO, CTO, and executive leadership)
  • Demonstrated ability to build and expand strategic client relationships across complex organizations
  • Experience working with or alongside Japanese multinational enterprises is strongly preferred
  • Understanding of Japanese corporate culture, business practices, and decision-making processes is highly valuable
  • Experience operating in global delivery environments with cross-regional coordination responsibilities
  • Background in strategic partnerships, alliances, or ecosystem-driven growth models
  • Exposure to cross-border collaboration between Americas and Asia markets
  • Strong executive presence, communication skills, and ability to influence senior stakeholders
  • Fluent English required; Japanese language skills strongly preferred
