In this role, you will focus on educating and influencing the market, building and maintaining deep, high-impact relationships, and elevating Transcarent’s position as a preferred pharmacy partner to ultimately drive revenue and growth through the consultant channel. As the Vice President of Pharmacy Consultant Relations, you will act as a critical liaison and trusted partner between the consultant community and Transcarent. This role partners closely with our commercial, clinical, solutions, and executive leadership teams to ensure feedback loops are tight, messaging is resonant, and strategic alignment is strong.   Our ideal candidate has an established, well-respected network of pharmacy consultants and industry influencers — and a proven track record of turning relationships into revenue. You are seen as a go-to resource by consultants and are skilled at influencing positioning within national and regional firms. Consultants play a pivotal role in the healthcare ecosystem, and their awareness and advocacy of Transcarent is essential to our success. This business leader will champion and lead efforts to ensure Transcarent is consistently recognized as a preferred or available preferred vendor, supporting growth through direct influence and strategic market engagement.   The successful candidate will be a thoughtful and consultative leader who understands how to identify emerging market needs and trends, position Transcarent’s pharmacy solutions accordingly, and expand our footprint through both net-new and add-on pharmacy opportunities. You will not only represent Transcarent externally but will also play a key role in shaping our go-to-market strategy based on consultant insights and industry dynamics.     What you will do   <ul><li>Develop and execute comprehensive business plans and go-to-market strategies to achieve and exceed pharmacy sales targets within the consultant channel.   </li><li>Identify, map, and prioritize key pharmacy stakeholders within national and regional consultant firms to focus efforts and maximize strategic impact.   </li><li>Build, nurture, and deepen trusted relationships with pharmacy consultants and industry leaders to proactively generate and accelerate pipeline opportunities for Transcarent.   </li><li>Conduct ongoing market and competitive analyses to inform targeted market entry strategies, ensuring alignment with consultant dynamics and measurable growth outcomes.   </li><li>Monitor market feedback and sentiment toward Transcarent’s value propositions and synthesize insights for leadership, commercial, product, and CR teams to inform future strategy.   </li><li>Lead and manage complex, high-value sales cycles with consultant influence, driving from initial engagement through to successful contract negotiation and deal closure.   </li><li>Partner with product, clinical, and solutions teams to deliver market-informed feedback and shape differentiated solution offerings that balance value across clients, members, and Transcarent.   </li><li>Collaborate cross-functionally to continuously refine positioning, messaging, and solution alignment in response to market shifts and consultant feedback.   </li><li>Track, document, and maintain detailed records of all consultant interactions, engagements, and pipeline activity in Salesforce to ensure visibility and accountability.   </li><li>Take full ownership of pharmacy-related RFP responses, including opportunity identification, crafting compelling proposals, delivering persuasive finalist presentations,  and negotiating competitive, high-impact deals that support company growth objectives.  </li></ul>What we’re looking for   <ul><li>8+ years experience in Consultant Relations, Business Development or Strategic Alliances,   </li><li>preferably in the digital health or health plan space   </li><li>Deep understanding of market priorities, trends and challenges   </li><li>Existing relationships with key H&B and subject matter expert consulting teams across the U.S.   </li><li>Consistent over achievement in quota and revenue goals   </li><li>Proven experience in translating product capabilities into partner or client value  </li><li>Self-motivated and self-driven to achieve results   </li><li>Reliable, consistent, flexible, and adaptable in a dynamic work environment.   </li><li>Hardworking, self-motivated, and self-aware   </li><li>Demonstrated ability to sell complex healthcare & benefits solutions   </li><li>Ability to travel up to 25-50% a year  </li><li>Committed to Transcarent Inc's mission of improving total health and care  </li></ul>If you are a dedicated, results-driven professional with a passion for improving healthcare, we encourage you to join our team and help us make a positive impact on the future of health and wellbeing for all.  <div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="title">As a remote position, the salary range for this role is:</div><div class="pay-range">$200,000—$220,000 USD</div></div></div><div class="content-conclusion">Total Rewards Individual compensation packages are based on a few different factors unique to each candidate, including primary work location and an evaluation of a candidate’s skills, experience, market demands, and internal equity.  Salary is just one component of Transcarent's total package.
