As a VP of Product Management, you will play a pivotal leadership role in shaping the future of workforce learning and performance. You will set the vision and direction for a high-impact product portfolio centered on technical skills and immersive, simulation-based training, driving meaningful outcomes for learners and measurable growth for the business.
This is a highly visible role at the intersection of strategy, innovation, and execution. You will lead through influence and alignment, connecting deep customer insight, market opportunity, and business priorities to deliver transformative product experiences.

Product Vision, Strategy & Portfolio Leadership
Define and champion a bold, differentiated product vision aligned with long-term business strategy and market opportunity

Performance, Analytics & Continuous Innovation
Define and own portfolio-level success metrics tied to business impact, customer value, and market growth
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Track and improve simulation-specific quality and impact metrics鈥攊ncluding learner time-to-competency, fault-finding accuracy rates, and post-training performance improvements reported by enterprise customers鈥攁s leading indicators of product value and renewal likelihood
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Build a high-performing operating cadence that connects product performance, customer insight, and investment decisions
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Leverage data and insights to inform strategic pivots and long-term roadmap evolution
What We鈥檙e Looking For:
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 10+ years of product management experience, with significant leadership experience owning product portfolios with a strong preference for candidates with Simulations product experience
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Proven track record of defining and executing product strategies that drive meaningful business outcomes at scale
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Exceptional judgment with the ability to make high-impact decisions in ambiguous environments
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Deep expertise in product discovery, customer insight, and outcome-driven development with a strong preference for candidates with technical product experience
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Demonstrated success influencing senior stakeholders and aligning cross-functional teams at the executive level
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Strong commercial acumen in a B2B enterprise context鈥攊ncluding pricing strategy, enterprise sales partnership, contract structuring, and the ability to build compelling ROI cases
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Experience leading products through the full lifecycle鈥攆rom concept through scale and optimization
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Highly analytical mindset with fluency in defining metrics and translating data into strategic action

This position will have a base pay of $180,000 - $200,000 plus up to an additional 20% in annual bonus.
