The Opportunity

This is a company-defining role. As our VP of Product you will architect the vision, strategy, and execution for Bizee’s evolution into an AI-powered, customer-centered platform that empowers entrepreneurs to build with clarity and momentum.

You will translate our mission into a scalable product strategy that modernizes our foundation, accelerates innovation, and shapes the experiences founders rely on every day.

This role is ideal for a builder. Someone who thrives in white space, obsesses over customer pain, and has the product judgment to turn complex problems into simple, elegant, high-velocity systems.

Requirements

What You’ll Own

• Define and own the company-wide product vision turning Bizee into a modern, AI-first Entrepreneur Operating System with clear value propositions and a multi-year roadmap.
  
• Build the product organization from the ground up, product managers, designers, researchers, and future squads while shaping rituals, decision-making, and accountability standards.
  
• Modernize and simplify our core platform experiences to increase clarity, trust, retention, and activation across key products (Formation, Registered Agent, Compliance, adjacent partnerships and future workflows).
  
• Partner deeply with Engineering, Data, and Design to build AI-driven, event-based, automation-centered experiences that anticipate user needs.
  
• Drive full-funnel customer understanding insights, segmentation, JTBD, behavioral analytics that continuously informs roadmap and prioritization.
  
• Lead the transformation from legacy flows to a modular, scalable system that enables rapid product iteration and a partner ecosystem.
  
• Set a high bar for quality and velocity, enabling teams to ship fast, learn fast, and improve fast.
  
• Be the voice of the customer at the leadership table ensuring decisions are grounded in clarity, signal, and real user behavior.
  
• Define and own product KPIs tied to activation, retention, NPS, LTV, revenue, and long-term enterprise value.

What You’ll Bring

• 10+ years in product leadership within SaaS, platform, tech-enabled services, or AI-driven environments.
  
• Proven ability to build and scale product organizations through transformation or modernization phases.
  
• Experience shipping zero-to-one products and modernizing legacy systems into modular, extensible platforms.
  
• Deep customer empathy and a builder’s obsession with solving real problems for real people.
  
• Strong technical fluency, able to partner closely with engineering, data, and AI teams on architecture, automation, and platform decisions.
  
• Exceptional product judgment: clarity, storytelling, prioritization, and systems thinking.
  
• Bias for action and comfort operating in ambiguity; ability to simplify complexity and build momentum.
  
• A leadership style grounded in clarity, ownership, and outcomes.

Within the first year, Bizee’s product foundation is modernized, customer pain points are eliminated, and a clear roadmap is in motion for the next decade of platform growth. Product velocity increases, customer outcomes improve, teams operate with clarity, and the experience feels unmistakably simple, anticipatory, and deeply human-centered. You’ve built a high-performing product organization, aligned the company around a unified product strategy, and turned vision into measurable progress.
