Reporting to the Chief Digital Officer, The Vice President of Growth Marketing will be the architect of our acquisition engine—owning full-funnel strategy, managing performance across key paid channels, and relentlessly optimizing for scale, efficiency, and impact. If you love solving hard problems, flexing creative muscles, thrive in fast-moving environments, and care deeply about doing good—this role was made for you.Key ResponsibilitiesLead Growth Strategy & Optimize Performance<ul><li>Own and evolve Open Farm’s full-funnel acquisition strategy across CTV, paid social, search, affiliate, podcasts, direct mail, and emerging channels.</li><li>Actively strategize, test, and optimize performance across channels—leveraging data, creative experimentation, and audience insights to unlock growth.</li><li>Think creatively about tactics, funnel design, and messaging—ensuring tactical execution aligns with overarching strategy.</li><li>Monitor and improve key KPIs (CAC, LTV, ROI), ensuring growth efforts support long-term profitability and scale.</li><li>Use BI tools, data models, and automated reporting to guide budget allocation, forecasting, and strategic decision-making.</li><li>Champion a data-first culture with smart modeling, automation, forecasting, and performance reporting that powers efficient decision-making and scalable growth.</li><li>Build a centralized repository of growth frameworks and performance data to drive team alignment and continuous improvement.</li></ul>Tell the Story and Drive Brand Love<ul><li>Partner with Brand and Creative teams to develop compelling, full-funnel messaging that drives both brand love and customer acquisition.</li><li>Lead the creation of high-performing direct response ads that align with our broader brand narrative and growth objectives.</li><li>Collaborate with Brand to manage and optimize the performance media budget, ensuring alignment between storytelling and paid media performance.</li><li>Work cross-functionally with Product, Finance, and Operations to ensure messaging consistency and support for long-term business goals</li></ul>Inspire and Lead <ul><li>Manage a high-performing Growth Marketing team responsible for performance across CTV, paid social, search, podcasts, direct mail, affiliate, and emerging media channels.</li><li>Coach and develop both in-house talent and agency partners, including a Growth Marketing Manager and teams across SEO, digital, and Amazon.</li><li>Set clear KPIs and performance goals for each channel, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous learning, and optimization.</li><li>Advocate for the customer in all decision-making—championing their experience in internal meetings and direct interactions.</li><li>Build strong partnerships with key agencies, local collaborators, and cross-functional teams to drive aligned, scalable growth strategies.</li></ul>What you bring to the table:<ul><li>10+ years of high-impact growth marketing experience with a strong track record in direct-to-consumer businesses.</li><li>Deep expertise in managing multi-channel campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, direct mail, podcasts, affiliate, and more—partnering effectively with both internal teams and external agencies.</li><li>Advanced financial modeling and data analysis skills (Excel proficiency required)</li><li>Strong business acumen and a clear understanding of functional roles within a fast-growing DTC environment.</li><li>A bias for action, comfort with calculated risk, and a drive to exceed goals while keeping customer focus and brand integrity front and center.</li><li>A collaborative mindset, positive attitude, and willingness to roll up your sleeves to support your team and the mission.</li></ul>What we offer you -
