This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Vice President Growth and Strategic Partnerships in the United States.
This senior leadership role focuses on driving enterprise-level growth within mid-sized and large health systems undergoing complex operational and financial transformation. You will engage directly with C-suite executives to address systemic healthcare challenges such as margin pressure, clinician burnout, and the transition to value-based care. The role is centered on shaping strategic partnerships rather than transactional sales, guiding organizations through multi-year transformation journeys powered by an integrated care enablement platform. You will be responsible for building conviction in environments where no predefined demand exists, requiring deep consultative insight and strong executive presence. Success in this role depends on your ability to connect clinical, operational, and financial priorities into a unified value narrative. You will operate in a highly strategic, ambiguous environment where influence, problem framing, and long-cycle deal orchestration are essential. This is a high-impact role for a leader who thrives on building markets, not just managing them.
Accountabilities:- Originate and develop new enterprise opportunities within targeted health systems, often without existing budget or formal initiatives
- Build executive-level conviction by reframing organizational challenges into strategic transformation priorities
- Lead the full lifecycle of complex, multi-year deals, coordinating internal stakeholders across product, clinical, finance, and delivery teams
- Engage C-suite stakeholders (CEO, CFO, CMO, COO, CIO, CNO) to establish trust, alignment, and long-term strategic partnerships
- Shape problem definition through thought leadership on margin optimization, clinician efficiency, and value-based care readiness
- Develop compelling, CFO-relevant business cases linking platform capabilities to measurable financial and operational outcomes
- Structure and negotiate complex commercial agreements, including phased adoption and risk-aligned models
- Maintain and advance long-cycle pipeline momentum through disciplined engagement and proactive deal strategy
Requirements:
- 12–18+ years of experience in enterprise healthcare sales, strategic partnerships, or complex solution consulting roles
- Proven success in creating demand and originating opportunities in health systems or similarly complex organizations
- Strong track record of closing large-scale, high-value deals ($5M–$20M+ ACV) over extended sales cycles
- Experience selling transformational platforms or enterprise programs, including revenue cycle, clinical workflow, or value-based care solutions
- Demonstrated ability to lead multi-threaded executive engagements across clinical, financial, and operational stakeholders
- Experience building new markets, territories, or demand streams rather than managing mature pipelines
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to design innovative, non-standard deal structures
- Deep understanding of healthcare economics and the ability to connect operational improvements to financial outcomes
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred (MBA or MHA strongly preferred)
- Exceptional strategic thinking, communication, and relationship-building skills
Benefits:
- Competitive base salary range up to $190,000–$200,000 annually, based on experience and location
- Comprehensive healthcare benefits package
- 401(k) retirement savings plan
- Paid time off and standard employee benefits
- Opportunity to lead high-impact, enterprise-level healthcare transformation initiatives
- Executive-level exposure and strategic ownership of major health system partnerships
- Equal opportunity workplace committed to inclusion and fairness
