We do not replace existing care teams; we enhance them, providing an extra layer of support with compassion, creativity, and an unwavering commitment to children with medical complexity.</div>What You’ll Do As Vice President of Finance, you will serve as a key member of the senior leadership team and trusted partner to the CFO, helping shape the Company's financial strategy, operating performance, and long-term growth. You will lead Finance, overseeing planning, forecasting, performance management, strategic finance, and business analytics while providing that support decision-making across the enterprise. Working closely with leaders across Operations, Clinical, Growth, Accounting, Actuarial Services, and BD, you will drive enterprise decision-making through data-driven insights, disciplined resource allocation, and rigorous performance management. As an extension of the CFO, you will regularly engage with executives, the Board, investors, and lenders while helping build the people, processes, and capabilities needed to support a high-growth healthcare organization. Over time, this individual will assume increasingly broad enterprise leadership responsibilities and serve as a key member of the Company's future leadership bench. You will:<ul><li>Serve as a strategic partner to the CFO, executive leadership team, Board, investors, and lenders, translating enterprise strategy into financial plans and measurable outcomes. </li><li>Provide financial leadership and performance visibility across the organization, identifying risks, opportunities, and key business drivers. </li><li>Own enterprise financial visibility, ensuring leaders have timely and actionable insights into business performance, emerging risks, growth opportunities, and key strategic tradeoffs. </li><li>Prepare and deliver executive-ready financial updates, Board presentations, investor communications, lender reporting, and strategic recommendations. </li><li>Partner with the CFO on capital strategy, financing and refinancing activities, corporate transactions, and other strategic initiatives. </li><li>Represent the Finance organization in executive and external forums as an extension of the CFO. </li><li>Maintain strong financial controls, governance, audit readiness, regulatory compliance, and risk management practices. </li></ul>FP&A, Strategic Planning, & Performance Management <ul><li>Lead the Company's financial planning, forecasting, performance management, and strategic decision-support processes. </li><li>Own the Company's integrated financial model, including long-range planning, scenario analysis, liquidity forecasting, and capital allocation recommendations.  </li><li>Build scalable reporting, analytics, KPI frameworks, dashboards, and performance management capabilities. </li><li>Oversee forecasting and performance reporting for value-based care and risk-based arrangements, translating complex financial and actuarial data into actionable business insights.  </li><li>Partner closely with Accounting and Actuarial leadership to ensure alignment across financial planning, reporting, cash flow management, medical cost forecasting, and enterprise performance management.  </li><li>Develop scalable investment evaluation, ROI, and capital allocation frameworks that promote disciplined decision-making and accountability. </li><li>Drive the evolution of budgeting and resource allocation processes to improve transparency, spending discipline, and alignment with strategic priorities. </li><li>Strengthen financial systems, processes, and governance practices to support growth, scalability, and data-driven decision-making. </li></ul>Strategic Growth & Enterprise Initiatives <ul><li>Evaluate market expansion, payer partnerships, strategic investments, and other growth opportunities through rigorous financial analysis and business case development.  </li><li>Lead financial evaluation of major enterprise initiatives, including clinical programs, care model innovations, technology investments, workforce strategies, and operational transformation efforts. </li><li>Support future M&A, JV, debt, or other strategic transactions, including financial diligence, valuation, integration planning, and post-transaction performance assessment. </li><li>Assess and recommend improvements to organizational capabilities, business processes, operating models, and systems infrastructure required to support continued growth and scalability. </li></ul>Team Leadership & Organizational Development <ul><li>Recruit, develop, mentor, and lead a high-performing Finance organization, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and professional growth. </li><li>Build organizational capabilities, scalable processes, and leadership bench strength to support future growth.   </li><li>Raise the analytical and strategic capabilities of the Finance team while promoting collaboration, intellectual curiosity, ownership, and strong partnership across functions. </li><li>Develop deep expertise in the organization's financial, operational, clinical, actuarial, and strategic drivers, assuming progressively broader enterprise leadership responsibilities and serving as a key member of the company's future leadership bench.  </li></ul>What You Bring & How You Qualify First and foremost, you're passionate and committed to reimagining pediatric health care and creating a world where every child with special health care needs gets the care and support they deserve. In this role, you will need: In this role, you will need:   <ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field; MBA, CPA, CFA, or similar advanced credential preferred.  </li><li>10–15+ years of progressive experience in finance leadership roles, including strategic finance, FP&A, investment banking, consulting, private equity, corporate development, or related fields.  </li><li>Proven experience leading enterprise planning, forecasting, performance management, and strategic decision-support functions.  </li><li>Healthcare experience preferred, particularly within provider, payer, healthcare services, value-based care, or risk-bearing organizations.  </li><li>Demonstrated ability to influence executive stakeholders and drive enterprise decision-making through rigorous financial analysis and business insight.  </li><li>Exceptional communication and presentation skills, including experience working with Boards, investors, lenders, and senior leadership teams.  </li><li>Proven success building and leading high-performing Finance teams, scalable processes, and organizational capabilities.  </li><li>Ability to operate effectively as both a strategic leader and hands-on player/coach in a fast-paced, high-growth environment characterized by ambiguity and change.   </li></ul>What We Offer (Benefits + Perks)    The role offers a base salary range of $220,000 - $275,000 in addition to annual bonus incentive, competitive company benefits package and eligibility to participate in an employee equity purchase program (as applicable).
