  • Lead and manage executive-level client relationships across the energy supply chain, engaging stakeholders from C-suite to operational and technical teams.
  • Oversee consulting project delivery, ensuring high-quality execution of data-driven solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes for clients.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies, including proposal development, solution design, and partnership with internal stakeholders to close new business opportunities.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop consulting teams, supporting performance management, skills development, recruiting, and staffing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal data, product, sales, and analytics teams to design innovative solutions that address client needs and energy transition challenges.
  • Manage business operations including forecasting, revenue tracking, financial reporting, and resource allocation across consulting engagements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree in business, engineering, economics, or related field strongly preferred.
  • 15+ years of experience in consulting, supply chain, operations, or engineering, ideally within energy, power, or oil & gas sectors.
  • Proven success in consulting-led solution selling, with a strong track record of developing and closing large, complex engagements.
  • Demonstrated leadership of large, cross-functional teams and delivery of analytics-driven consulting projects.
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and build long-term client relationships.
  • Deep expertise in supply chain, operations, or energy-related consulting domains with a focus on transformation and innovation.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex data into strategic insights.
  • Experience in change management and driving transformation initiatives in complex organizational environments.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to craft persuasive, high-impact narratives.
  • Willingness and ability to travel 60–80% as required.

Benefits

  • Competitive base salary range of $250,000–$270,000, plus eligibility for bonus and performance incentives
  • Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, and wellness programs
  • Paid time off and flexible vacation policies
  • Retirement savings plan and financial wellbeing support
  • Career development opportunities within a global, data-driven organization
  • Collaborative and high-performance culture focused on innovation and impact
  • Exposure to leading clients in the global energy and natural resources sector
  • Inclusive and values-driven work environment emphasizing growth, learning, and teamwork.
