You will also act as a trusted advisor between internal teams and clients, facilitating communication and ensuring alignment throughout the implementation lifecycle.

  • Lead and deliver clinical consulting and implementation activities across short- and long-term engagements
  • Evaluate clinical and operational workflows and recommend process improvements and optimization strategies

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent clinical qualification (Radiation Therapist, Dosimetrist, Physicist, Nurse, or related field)
  • 5–7 years of clinical or technical healthcare experience, including at least 3 years in a related role
  • Strong understanding of clinical workflows, healthcare operations, and technical implementation processes
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills across technical and non-technical audiences
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced, changing environments
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively across internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience working in matrixed organizations and translating between clinical and technical teams
  • Self-motivated, customer-focused, and comfortable with up to 60% travel
