Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Own and expand a portfolio of established and new vendor relationships, positioning Dext Capital as a preferred financing partner
- Drive new business through strategic prospecting, targeted outreach, and leveraging existing industry relationships positioning Dext Capital as a preferred financing partner
- Serve as a trusted advisor to vendors by structuring competitive financing solutions, preparing quotes, and leading negotiations through close
- Partner closely with internal credit, operations, and leadership teams to deliver efficient, high‑quality customer experiences
- Represent Dext Capital at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to strengthen market presence and identify growth opportunities
- Maintain deep knowledge of Dext Capital’s products, programs, and underwriting capabilities to effectively communicate value to vendors and end‑users
- Consistently meet or exceed individual production goals while contributing to overall team performance
- Adhere to Dext Capitals exceptional customer service standards
Experience Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years equipment finance or vendor‑channel sales experience
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a quota‑driven environment
- Proven ability to build credibility with vendors
- Proficiency with Salesforce or other CRM
- Excellent communication, and relationship‑management skills
- Ability to operate independently while contributing to a collaborative, team-oriented culture
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
