Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in biopharmaceuticals, healthcare, consulting, or related analytical roles focused on access, reimbursement, or payer dynamics
  • Strong understanding of the U.S. healthcare ecosystem, including payer, pharmacy, and access models
  • Proven experience in contracts, pricing, value strategy, or market access analytics preferred
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to structure complex, ambiguous business challenges

  • Expertise in data analytics tools and programming languages such as Python, R, SQL, and Excel
  • Experience working with healthcare datasets (claims, formulary, specialty pharmacy, prescription data)
  • Familiarity with advanced analytics methods such as segmentation, forecasting, and longitudinal analysis
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and data/ML environments such as Databricks is a plus
  • Knowledge of ML/DevOps tools and practices (e.g., CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow) is highly desirable
  • Excellent communication skills with strong executive presence and ability to simplify complex insights

  • Annual discretionary bonus program and/or long-term incentive compensation (eligibility-based)
  • Comprehensive health coverage including medical, dental, and vision plans
  • Retirement and savings plan with strong company contributions
  • Life and disability insurance and flexible spending accounts
